If you would like to pay for your book using a personal check (or cash), here’s what to do…
(1) Fill out the form information below. Be sure to check which book(s) you are interested in.
(2) Total the cost for your books (prices are listed next to the book name)
(3) For each book you want shipped via USPS, add $2.00 (I only ship to addresses in the Conntinental U.S.)
(4) Make your check out to “John Lortz“
(5) Mail your check to:

If you mail a check, I will send you the book as soon as the check is received.

(6) Drop your check/cash off at:
AgeWell Computer Education Center
3500 Faulkner Drive, Lincoln, NE, 68516
If you drop off payment at the AgeWell lab, you can immediately take your book IF it is available. Otherwise I’ll contact you when the book is at the lab.
