eBooks (electronic books you can download and read on your computer) have become a mainstay of online learning, and in conjunction with the DiscoverSkills video tutorials, is a powerful way to learn about technology topics.
The eBooks and eBooklets we offer are all PDF (portable document format) files that can be opened, read, and printed on your computer by using the free Adobe Reader program.
Although most computers already have it, if you need the free Adobe Reader, click here and you’l be taken to the Adobe site where you can download and install it.
Use these steps to download the DiscoverSkills eBooks:
- RIGHT click the “download eBook” link
- Choose SAVE FILE AS or SAVE TARGET AS from the menu
- In the SAVE AS window, choose DESKTOP from the right panel
- Click SAVE
The eBook PDF file will be downloaded to your computer desktop. You can open it from there, by double-clicking.
